I would like to know a little more about ants.

Formica pallidefulva group
Not quite enough resolution to determine the species, but certainly in that group of species pallidefulva, incerta, dolosa. These are sun-loving species, often found in soil in open grassland, meadows and sandy open woodlands, even in lawns.
