You'll have more luck getting an ID
if you crop the image to a rectangle that is essentially 'just the bugs'. Only you can zoom in and see the full size 1600 pixel image while the rest of us are stuck with a 560 pixel reduction where we can see fences and leaves and tiny little yellow things that apparently are sawfly larvae.
