Tiny cicada-which species? - Pacarina puella

Tiny cicada-which species? - Pacarina puella
New Braunfels, Comal County, Texas, USA
June 25, 2014
Size: ~1.5 cm
I see these tiny cicadas at work sometimes. This one was nice enough to pose for this photo. I would love to know which species it is. I have never seen a cicada anywhere as tiny as these. Thanks in advance for any help!!! Btw, I am guessing it is a male since it screamed when it picked it up.
