Bees on Potentilla - Calliopsis

Bees on Potentilla - Calliopsis
Twin Lakes Recreation Area, U.S. Bureau of Land Management, Lincoln County, Washington, USA
June 11, 2014
Is this a Perdita? I was recording this one on Potentilla, when a male arrived and then a third, smaller Perdita landed on the same flower. The smaller observer is identical to others that I submitted to BugGuide earlier and were confirmed as Perdita. What about these larger and more hairy bees? I will link the sequence of three images. Thanks for your help!
