Red wasp - Enicospilus

Red wasp - Enicospilus
Claremont, Los Angeles County, California, USA
April 26, 2014
Found by black light insect trapping at the Earth Day Night Tour for Families at the Claremont Colleges' Bernard Field Station. Any information about its identity will be greatly appreciated!

Moved
Moved from Ophioninae.

The main character I need to
The main character I need to see in order to get this to genus is the venation of the fore wing. Gotta see that discocubital cell which is just unfortunately too blurry in this photo.

This taxon is quite common at blacklight traps so I'm sure you'll get another opportunity.

Wing
Not enough of the forewing is in focus for a generic ID.

Moved from Ants, Bees, Wasps and Sawflies.

Thanks!
Even the subfamily is a new taxon for our invert list. I need to figure out how to take better photos at night with a flash!
