Not an expert
but I think it might be one of the Caenurgina. The one I am most familiar with is the Forage Looper pictured here . You might check that genus to see what you think.

It looks like a good match to me, and from comparing photos at Moth Photographer's Group it looks like a pale (or worn) example of C. erechtea. The only other option seems to be C. chloropha, but the AM line should be concavely arc-shaped. Expert confirmation would be much appreciated.
