black and white leafhopper? - Cyrtolobus vau
Stamford, Fairfield County, Connecticut, USA
June 18, 2014
Size: mm in length
Dozens swarmed a porch light and landed on me too! They were very actively hopping along a building wooden wall. I have never seen any of this kind during the day in the area. Very fast moving. Some individuals had hornlike extensions.
