Emerald Moth ? - Hemithea aestivaria

Emerald Moth ? - Hemithea aestivaria
Seattle, King County, Washington, USA
June 16, 2014
Size: 1.25"
I assume this is an Emerald Moth?? I'm curious what specific variety? Taken about 3:30pm. It appeared to be fluttering wings slightly and slowly, I wonder if it was a newbie?

Angled hindwing
Maybe it's Hemithea aestivaria? ("Common Emerald", #7083).

Not and expert
So this is not an ID, but you might check out the Wavy-lined Emerald, Hodges # 7058 to see what you think. However yours has such a pointed hind wing, I am thinking that in some other genus I saw a green one somewhat like this.
