I'd say probably P. scintillans , but not sure how to tell it from serrata.

If P. serrata is that similar, but does not even have its own page here (nor any photos at MPG), I suspect none of the photos here on Bugguide might not be 100% certain either. Hopefully they'll get sorted out some day.
