Black insect with orange antennae, orange on front legs - Gnamptopelta obsidianator
Haddam, Middlesex County, Connecticut, USA
June 23, 2014
Can't be sure now if this was a fly, wasp, beetle or bug! The antennae were solid orange, and the lower two sections of the front legs were also orange - everything else black. Seen in my back yard.
