Yes, I have the original hardcopy publication. BugGuide's limitations on file size and format resulted in what you see ... I realize it's almost illegible, but there was some initial contention with my ID, which is why I decided to include it. If I remember right, I think I paid $7 for it. Doyen has apparently released his copyright on his publications; almost everything is open access (except those published in Pan-Pacific Entomologist).
