I kept the larva and it formed a pupa after a couple days and emerged on 7-1-14.

finally, a larval association!
I've been hoping we'd get a larva reared to adult for this species...previously, I've only been able to ID A. mali as "not A. labiculata." Thank you for this!

 
I was fortunate
to find a fully mature larva ready to pupate. Now you'll have to figure out which unidentified larvae are this one:-)
