Chlaenius impunctifrons was my initial impression
based on such a broad pronotum and a smooth head in subgenus Chlaeniellus (antennomere 3 not prolonged). Posted body length is always helpful.
Disclaimer: initial impressions are not always correct!
Trivia: "impunctifrons" means "non-punctured face or head"

Looks like
something in the genus
Chlaenius
. They emit a foul odor when disturbed.
