Argyle moth - Agnippe prunifoliella
Lantzville, Nanaimo, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada
July 2, 2014
Found at black light. This stunning little moth reminds me of the Diamondback Moth but it is significantly smaller and does not appear to be in the same family. Not sure what it might be. Any help appreciated

This looks right. Interestingly it is not listed in the 2008 list of Lepidoptera of BC (here). But the list for Alberta at the same website does have it. Also the BOLD and MPG do show it occurring in British Columbia
