Orange ichneumon wasp - Enicospilus purgatus - Male

Found on low-growing foliage in the evening. He seemed clumsy, and not at all inclined to fly - newly emerged? Looks like some photos in the guide for Enicospilus purgatus (e.g. http://bugguide.net/node/view/651255/bgpage )
