Probably 0304 - Ereunetis minuscula (Tineidae) ....
... according to John Heppner of Florida DPI and McGuire Center. Ereunetis is a more recent genus assignment than both Erechthias and Lepidobregma, where this species has previously been placed.

Smallest Moth I've Ever Seen.....
Your photo is much better than what I got at Hidden Waters Preserve at Eustis, Lake County, FL in March. In early April I arranged to send poor quality specimens averaging 3mm in length to Gainesville but could not get IDs. I have no idea what family this belongs to.
