Size?
Sorry for my ignorance but what is "BL"? Size might help determine if this is Aethes triassumenta Pogue, 2019, forewing length: 8.9–9.1 mm (ws: ~20mm) vs. ws: 14-16mm for bomonana.

I
didn’t know the wing span, or the correct way to measure it on live specimens, so I used body length, BL, for the measurement. Front of head to posterior tip of abdomen = 8mm.

I used a small ruler when possible to take quick measurements, providing the moths would remain motionless and not fly away

I do not know why I did not provide a wingspan measurement since I seem to have collected the moth based on the other two images... however, based on your comment, the forewing length in relation to body length fits the former of the two species you mentioned.

Body Length
The body length could be a couple mm shorter than the wing length. No worries. There is now a question as to whether wing length is in fact useful. It apparently turns out that Jim Vargo has a small dissected specimen of triassumenta.

I'm not sure about your moth above in there's even a good chance it's obliquana but your other submission looks good for triassumenta. I'll move it once I get a little more info.

Moved
Moved from Aethes.

Moved
Moved from Moths.

Tortricidae -- Cochylini -- Probably Aethes sp.
... a very difficult group in which to get species IDs at present.

Same
species as the moth you emailed me about several weeks ago. I hoped the hindwing images would help.
