Entomobrya cf. albocincta
Entomobrya clitellaria according to USA collembologists who consider this species as having a variable pigment pattern. Compare it with the other E.clitellaria pictures in Bugguide to see the differences in colour pattern.
But it looks clearly like the European E. albocincta...
Therefore I prefer to ID such specimens with a dark 4th abdominal segment as E. cf. albocincta.
The 'cf.' clause (short for latin 'confer') can be read as 'looks like'.
Or, this species is a recent import from Europe. Or, E. clitellaria is a species complex and needs revision...
