earwig - Euborellia - female

earwig - Euborellia - Female
Mathis, San Patricio County, Texas, USA
February 12, 2007

Moved
Moved from Earwigs.

female
It's definitely female (8 abdominal segments), and probably in the family Anisolabidae/Carcinophoridae. The most useful parts for ID (the feet and the antennae) are too out-of-focus to be sure of much. It might be Euborellia, but it doesn't seem to have the dark areas on the legs that would make it Euborellia annulipes

must be Euborellia indeedy
