Bee Fly? - Thevenetimyia - male

Bee Fly? - Thevenetimyia - Male
Olive Lake, Grant County, Oregon, USA
June 19, 2014
It was quite large. Thought it was going to be a Robber, but the face looks like it might be a Bombylid. It moved from the base of a dead tree to a piece of bark and back. Along the path around the lake.
