Size: Forewing Length 18 mm.
Day flier. Feeding on fluid oozing from galls on silverleaf oak tree.

Inopsis modulata?
How was this identified? I really am not sure what this is but I think that G. ventralis should normally have orange hind tibia, orange 1st segment of antennae and last segment of abdomen orange.

I believe you are correct.
I will move them to Inopsis modulata.
