isn't this Hogna??
If this is not Hogna, we need to move all the AZ submissions. But I have seen males and females with turreted holes, checked the eyes - all clearly wolf spiders.

 
Not Hogna ...
the pattern on the carapace is misleading, the PLEs are situated much more forward than they initially appear. What looks like recessed PLEs is just a pattern in the hair on the carapace. You can easily distinguish these from all the ones from AZ that are currently placed in Hogna in the Guide by the sunburst pattern on the carapace.

Moved from True Spiders. It looks like a wolf spider, perhaps something in Hogna. I've moved your image to the location where other experts may be able to narrow it further.
