Doesn't look like Leptinotarsa to me; my guess would be a species of Chrysolina.

 
Hey Klye,
I believe you are correct. After looking through BG, I think that this is Chrysolina auripennis. I would like someone to confirm this before I move it (I'd hate to be wrong again...).
