Size: 9 mm
Came to my porch light. Size was measured as 9 mm, head to tip of folded wings. Looking at this diagram from the University of Florida (see comments), this might be a Micromus.

Compare to this rather different Brown Lacewing, with much larger eyes--might be a Hemerobius:
