Note that cicadas in the "pruinosus-winnemanna" group exhibit overlap in e. TN
The cicada below from nearby is very pruinosus-like

Tibicen winnemanna
Female, most likely T. winnemanna, but could also be Tibicen pruinosus. The relationship between these two species is complicated and is most likely clinal.
