Pompillidae? - Episyron - Male

Size: Approx. 7 mm
This looks like a very small male Pompilid with very distinctive black and white markings and unusual scales(?) on parts of the body. It was collected from jujube (Ziziphus jujuba) blossoms at 2.35 in the afternoon.
