Here you see the lens extension with two 1.5x closeup lenses and my zero cost lens from a defunct B&W photocopier that I taped onto an inexpensive haze filter so I could screw it into the lens extension or the closeup lenses.

I set the zoom at 22x to shoot the tiniest specimens or closeups of the eyes, tarsi, etc. on larger insects.
