Moved from Eupelmidae.

Ltttle wasp
It is a female in the genus Anastatus Motschulsky (Eupelmidae: Eupelminae). The dorsal image appears to show that the anteromedial mesoscutal lobe (V-shaped region of the mesoscutum just behind the head) is much more finely sculptured than the scutellum. If this is true then it is Anastatus mirabilis (Walsh & Riley).
