Golden legged mydas fly - Mydas tibialis

Size: 1.25 in
I'm pretty sure this is a golden-legged mydas fly, Mydas tibialis. I found one on the same plant species (Pycnanthemum tenuifolium = slender mountain mint) in my backyard on the same date 5 years ago and haven't seen one since.
