Lysathia ludoviciana is close
Lysathia ludoviciana is closely related to Altica but the lack of the transverse pronotal sulcus and the pale legs separate it from them. Host plants are Ludwigia peruviana and Oenothera sp.

you´re probably right on Lysathia. I get them here in Peru a lot. Didn´t know they occur so far north though.
