Size: >5 inches total
here's a photo from above with a tape measure. The twig marks the tip of the antennae. The abdomen may be shrunken due to dehydration or starvation.

What else 'could' it be?
I know of no other camel cricket that even approaches the proportions that species does. Moving to guide page. Neat find!
