Psaphida resumens
Definitely looks like a Psaphida resumens. I've seen them with a green tint here in GA. In fact the one I photographed had a slight green tint, although not as rich of a green and harder to see in the photo. But I'm quite positive you have a P. resumens here.

Sallow
To me it looks like Hodge's#-10019-Figure-eight Sallow but I never saw one with a greenish tint. So don't go by me, just a suggestion.
