Moved from Hemerobiiformia.

I'm guessing it's a spongillafly...
...based on the way the costal and subcostal veins pinch together toward the anterior base of the forewing. From the diagrams, this is really different from the wide separation of these two veins of hemerobiids at this area of the wing, just before they almost meet right at the wingbase.

But I'm a rank amateur with this group... So let's see what the others say.

 
Of course, my fingers...
...ARE crossed for it to be a spongillafly! I think I've found at least 3 of this species in the last week. Thanks for checking in with a response on the night shift!
