Possibly a worn Ostrinia nubilalis? Looks similar to:

There may be undescribed species in Ostrinia. Check out this specimen at BOLD here which resides in a BIN cluster with specimens identified as Ostrinia obumbratalis PS 1. It is genetically close to Ostrinia obumbratalis.
