Graphisurus despectus - female

Graphisurus despectus - Female
Franklin County, Missouri, USA
June 10, 2013

Moved tentatively; Steve Lingafelter says,
"Looks like Graphisurus despectus (LeConte)"

Moved from Graphisurus.

Thanks Ted, moved tentatively to Graphisurus.
Moved from Acanthocinini.

Not sure about this one...
...I don't think it is Eutrichillus biguttatus because it seems to lack raised black pubescent tufts. It also doesn't seem to be Acanthocinus obsoletus, which I considered, because of the lack of obvious puncturing over the elytral surface. That leaves Graphisurus fasciatus/despectus. I'm leaning towards the latter because of the more muted markings, but the photo is small and I can't get a good look at the elytral apices or scutellum.

thanks indeed

stunningly patternless... antennae too long for a fem Graphy~
...imho
could it be Eutrichillus biguttatus???

Moved from Flat-Faced Longhorns.

biguttatus is one that I actually looked at
as a possibility. I thought Graphy had a slight edge over bigutt but wasn't considering antennae length. Thanks V.
