0399 – Tinea irrepta?
I don't think this is
T apicimaculella
because it is has pale thorax, the row of dark spots along the terminal line ends at the anal angle with a large black stop and there are a series of streaks covering the distal third of the wings.
This does, however, seem to match BOLD image of 0399 –
