Are you sure?
I'm no expert by any means, but I'm not seeing any Scoliids with antennae like this. Could it be a Tiphiid instead--maybe something in Brachycistidinae?


 
I thought so too...
because of the antennae - but tiphiids, as far as I know - don't have the distal part of the forewing crinkled like this. But - I could be missing something.
