Hilara sp., male
ID confirmed from specimen, now a photo-voucher. Thanks Tom.

Does appear to be Hilara. Would key to H. lutea in Melander 1902, but doesn't look like what is in the guide. 2.8 mm.

Third antennal segment yellowish; front basitarsi of the male lacking any promiment bristles above ... lutea
