Moved tentatively - minuta and quadrilineella are similar
But I think can be safely ruled out based on range. C. callichalca has records from Michigan. Moved from Cosmopterix.

Yes, cosmopterix. Try moving it to the guide section for moths, or for superfamily or family, for a more specific ID.
