Slug Moth - Monoleuca semifascia - Female
Deer Park, Deer Park Prairie, Harris County, Texas, USA
July 26, 2014
Came to lights during an HNPAT National Moth Week event.

OK, we fixed all three
of your recent moth posts. All are now checked as adult.

Thanks.
Thank you for your help. I just submitted a comment to one of your comments on the Moth forum about my inability to submit a photograph directly to the species site when I am sure of it. I look forward to seeing if anyone can help me out with that. Katy

If you click on Edit for this image
you will see a message, in red, embedded in the text that asks you to specify if it is an adult or an immature. And you will notice that you are in preview mode. We thought that might be the problem since you only noticed it when submitting moths.

Aha!
That's it. I have never specified that, never realized that was a "must check", and when I went back through it when it didn't work, I never saw the red text. And of course one would need to check that when posting directly to the species. Thank you very much. Katy
