Yep, This is in the subfamily Braconinae; There are far too many genera in that group to ID it any further.

Oh, it's amazing what can come with a decent stereomicroscope, basically unlimited resources to entomological books, Full Throttle and restless nights! I'll give it a try this week maybe, if I get ambitious.
