White-faced Meadowhawk
The red one is a male White-faced Meadowhawk - Sympetrum obtrusum. The other are female Meadowhawks. Unfortunately, they are nearly impossible to identify with 100% certainty via pictures. The one on the green plant looks like its face is light enough to also be S. obtrusum. However, Ruby and Cherry-faced Meadowhawk are also possibilities. These are not Band-winged as the yellow wash on the inside of the wings is not wide enough (about 1/3 of wing) for that species.
