Specimen now a photo-voucher. Thanks Tom.

I have a tough time reading bristles to place it in a species group (Wheeler 1995), but the fumipennis group is likely. Rachispoda fumipennis easternmost records are Texas/Illinois, with all other locations in western NA. Another possibility is R. frosti, which is found in the northeast. However, this group hasn't been revised as far as I know.
