It dipicts an individual of the western North American species Turbopsebius diligens. This species is characterized by wing venation where either:

A) the terminal end of the anal vein (A1) meets the cubital vein (Cu) above it before reaching the wing margin...resulting in a "closed" anal cell (cup); or

B) the terminal end of the anal vein (A1) fades before meeting the cubital vein or the wing margin...resulting in a narrow opening at the end of the anal cell (cup);

The figure above illustrates the second case "B". Case "A" is shown in the 1st image of this series.
