Most probably. Well done, Simon!

Snow Flea
Does anybody know what species this is?

Achorutes nivicola
Achorutes nivicola or Hypogastrura nivicola, I'm not sure wich name to use.

Snow Flea
Thank you for the ID. How do tell H. nivicola from H. harveyi?

H. nivicola versus harveyi
The main differences are:
1. the length of the antennae: shorter then head in nivicola; longer then head in harveyi
2. the size of the anal spines: very small (hardly visible) in nivicola; quite distinct in harveyi
