Sulfur of Some Sort - Abaeis nicippe

Sulfur of Some Sort - Abaeis nicippe
Greenville, Pitt County, North Carolina, USA
August 3, 2014
Size: 1" approx
Clinging to a tall weed in a backyard surrounded by woods. I thought it might be a Dogface, but the wings don't appear to match the examples of a Dogface in my butterfly guide.

Sleepy Orange sulphur
Appears to be a newly emerged specimen which would be drying its wings for flight.
