Fly with white markings - Sericomyia lata

Size: 0.5 inch estimated
I have searched through much of the Syrphidae pictures here and also every fly page in my book and I can't find any fly with markings like this. Absolutely beautiful! Either I have overlooked something or I am in the wrong family.
