Ring-legged Earwig

This is an adult female Euborellia annulipes. The dark markings on the legs are distinctive, if nothing else. 8 abdominal segments (the cerci are one of them) make it a female, 16 antennal segments make it an adult.

Not that hard.

It's a small enough group, and there are only a few cases where key characters aren't obvious to non-entomologists.
