Tibicen sp.
I am not good at ID of teneral cicadas. But I would suggest either T. lyricen virescens, T. tibicen australis, or maybe T. similaris based on location. I am leaning more towards T. lyricen, but T. lyricen tenerals usually have black eyes,(not sure if that applies for T. lyricen virescens).
Wait for a final ID from Mr. Reynolds.

Good guess
Given location & the following traits, incl. dark bluish eyes (FL), pinkish body color and the very dark pronotal patches are traits most often typical of teneral similaris (my best guess).
(NOTE: pronotal patches are not green as would be expected in virescens and australis.)
T. similaris exhibits several regional variations and the north/central Florida forms can be very "similar" to lyricen seen in other parts of the lyricen range. I miss id these myself from time to time and have to look back and forth, comparing different pic's with specimens in hand. I strongly suspect this is a Florida similaris - compare with the pic. below
Other possibility could be lyricen form lyricen which replaces virescens in the panhandle (i.e. FL Bigbend area west)
