Tibicen auletes
Dead cicadas often fade when exposed to natural conditions and lose there living/freshly dead coloration. However, although this cicada has lost most of its original coloration, I can still see some heavy pruinosity on the sides of the abdomen and the tip of the abdomen, consistent with T. auletes. The patterns on the mesonotum, and pronotal collar same color as the pronotum are also traits consistent with this species.
Here is a living example of T. auletes:
Wait for confirmation of this ID from Mr. Reynolds however.
